Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Famploy ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), operated by Famploy (a proprietary software service), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

These terms govern your use of famploy.com and all associated services including the dashboard, Chrome extension, resume builder, and job matching features.

⚠️ By creating an account or making a payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

2. Description of Service

Famploy is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform providing career management tools to job seekers in India. Our services include:

Job discovery — aggregated listings from public company career pages (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and other ATS platforms)
AI-powered job matching based on your profile and skills
Resume analysis and ATS compatibility scoring
AI-generated cover letter assistance
Application tracking and management
Chrome Extension for autofill assistance on job application forms

Important: What Famploy is NOT

Famploy is NOT a recruitment agency or staffing firm
We do NOT guarantee job placement or interviews
We do NOT charge companies to list jobs — all listings are publicly available
We do NOT act as an intermediary between employers and candidates

Users apply directly to companies via company career pages. Famploy provides software tools to streamline this process.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

Famploy offers both free and paid subscription plans:

Free Trial

3-day free trial with up to 10 application submissions
Access to job browsing, profile setup, and basic features
No credit card required for trial

Paid Plans

Go Plan — ₹199/month — 50 applications/day for 30 days
Plus Plan — ₹899/3 months — 150 applications/day for 90 days
Pro Plan — ₹2,999/year — Unlimited applications for 365 days

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Billing

Subscription plans are one-time payments (not recurring subscriptions) for the duration specified. You will not be automatically charged after the plan period ends.

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Famploy does not store any card credentials on its servers.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Famploy, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
Use the platform only for legitimate personal job searching purposes
Not share your account credentials with others
Not use automated bots or scripts beyond our Chrome Extension
Not submit false or misleading applications to employers
Comply with the terms of service of any company career page you apply to
Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, logos, and trademarks on Famploy are the intellectual property of Famploy and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal job searching purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without written permission.

Job listings displayed are sourced from publicly available ATS APIs. Famploy does not claim ownership of third-party job content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Famploy provides tools and software to assist with job applications. We do not guarantee:

Interview calls or job offers as a result of using our platform
Accuracy, completeness, or currency of job listings
Uninterrupted or error-free service at all times
That job listings have not been closed or filled

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Famploy's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription plan in the month the issue arose.

Famploy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Account Termination

Famploy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms and Conditions
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
You use the platform in a way that harms other users or third parties

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed as per our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

For any grievances, please contact us at support@famploy.com before initiating any legal proceedings. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 15 business days.

9. Changes to Terms

Famploy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
